Shipping policy

Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of your order.* Standard shipping is USPS or UPS based on what was selected during checkout and may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive based on location. All orders include tracking. You will receive a shipping email with the tracking number when your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking to update. 

*Subscription boxes are shipped quarterly and are shipped on a different schedule. 

If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist. After this period, we are unable to replace, refund, or investigate missing packages, as carriers cannot reliably verify claims beyond this timeframe.

Please note: I am only able to ship to the address you provided during checkout. Please be sure your shipping address is correct and verified during checkout. I cannot provide refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier directly in this instance.

Orders in the U.S. over $200 will ship free. If you need your canvas by a certain date, please send me an email at support@morganjuliadesigns.com and we will try to accommodate you, but there are no guarantees. 

International Canvases: We do offer international shipping, but the buyer is responsible for shipping cost (even if the order is over $200). If are custom fees or import taxes, the buyer is responsible for covering that.

Local Pick-Up: If you select local pick-up,  you will receive a notification when your order is ready and we will reach out following this notification to schedule an in-store pick-up time at our studio in Saint Petersburg, Florida. If you have not received a notification within a week, please reach out to studio@morganjuliadesigns.com. If orders are not picked up within 1 month, we will cancel and refund your order to the original form of payment. 

Sales Tax: We currently charge sales tax on orders that are shipping to Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, and Virginia. These states and taxes are subject to change and states may be added.
